A local pub based just on the outskirts of the town centre has been awarded the title of one of the best best micro-pubs in the entire UK.
Thanks to CAMRA (The Campaign for Real Ale), Heaven and Ale have also recently bagged Barnsley Pub of the Year and Yorkshire Pub of the Year 2022.
The pub, situated on Agnes Road in Barnsley, opened in 2021 and has quickly become a firm favourite of our community, not to mention drink and pub connoisseurs from around the nation.
The pub boasts a vast collection of real ales on rotation, with the former co-op building also serving plenty of wines and spirits - ensuring everyone is catered for! Despite being a micro-pub, Heaven and Ale provides three rooms on their ground floor, a function room upstairs and seating outdoors for a get together in the sun.
