If you’re looking for something to do to begin the weekend, then Elsecar Music Festival 2022 is taking place this Friday and could be well up your street!
Taking full advantage of the industrial setting of Elsecar Heritage Centre, the festival is creating a platform for local musicians to perform covers and original material.
The festival is taking place within the Ironworks Building within the historic heritage centre, a location that has become synonymous with large scale events and fairs over recent years right here in Barnsley.
Attendees are being encouraged to grab a beer, cocktail or glass of wine and simply dance the night away listening to some great local music! Manning the bar will be the people behind SUPPA Club, the same gang who create the monthly food festival at Elsecar Heritage Centre.
Just a short 15 minute walk away from Elsecar train station, the event is also easily accessible via a number of regular bus routes with stops just a stones-throw away from the festival location.
